Homeless for the Holidays as Fire destroys SherrieGG's Apartment.

Homeless on the Holidays is devastating. SherrieGG and family lost their home due to a fire almost a month ago. Any financial donation, even the cost of one New Years Eve drink, would help them find a new apartment and start anew.

My name is Aaron Gogerty. On December 7th, 2013 my family and I were burned out of our apartment by a fire. As much as I hate to seem like a beggar or something, my family and I are having rotten luck trying to get a new place to live since the fire. And them being shacked up in a Motel 6 for going on three weeks now is a massive drain on all of our finances that should be used otherwise. I myself have prospects of getting an apartment with two friends but the projected date of doing so is in mid-February and I simply can’t wait that long/save fast enough with my part-time job alone. I’m hoping to receive donations so I can speed up the process of my my parents finding a place or, alternatively, my friends and I renting a place and then letting my parents stay with us so we’re not all spending upwards of $50 on a motel room per night. They’re having trouble finding a place for financial reasons and I can't manage this alone.

I know I set the goal a tad high but any donation of any amount will be vastly appreciated! Thank you.
