In the first paragraph Neal says he was hired to "plow up astroturf". The link goes to his wordpress site where he used his stupid "fameball" graphs to prove his predetermined allegations that UniteBlue was an "Opposition Research Group" funded by the NRA.
Neal is an idiot with no education in how to create or evaluate a graph other than clicking a button to get pretty colored designs.

No, Neal doesn't leave a paper trail, he doesn't file taxes and whomever is commissioning his services isn't filing the appropriate tax forms.
Neal allegedly worked for Shoq a number of years ago in the StopRush campaign and has allegedly been working for Kimberlin to provide Brett with similar information for his RICO lawsuit but once again in both cases, no contracted services tax forms were filed.
