    This is the start of convo - Note how he RT'd an old tweet of Matt Osborne's after making reference to a subpoena. This account has been used to bully many folks under the guise of "optrolling" a previously convicted man arrested for child pornographic materials.  There also have been several references to this account by Osborne and Neal Rauhauser. It is speculated the subpoena is reference to a suit the Bullyville announced earlier this week.  It was announced that Rauhauser was added to this suit.  Some @optrollbill tweets about @Bullyville can be found here.
